Description
Founded in 1970, the mission of the NSCD is to positively impact the lives of people with physical or mental challenges through quality adaptive recreation programs in over 20 sports. Our impact on lives is direct, immediate and visible.
The NSCD is one of the most widely respected therapeutic recreation agencies serving people with disabilities in the country. The organization annually provides over 17,000 individual lessons to more than 3,000 children, youth and adults living with disabilities.
