National Pediatric Myoclonus Center

This organization's priority is to find a cure for a rare disease called Opsoclonus Myoclonus Syndrome (OMS). This disease attacks 1 in 10,000,000 young children annually - or about 60 children worldwide. Left untreated, children will be dependant upon assisted living for their entire lives. While there is no cure at this time, research continues to develop mainstream medicines and treatments for these children.
