N.O.T.E. is a 501 (c3) tax exempt organization. Florida registration CH13103.
One organ and tissue donor donor can potentially benefit 50 or more people. Our goal is to promote organ donation, through public awareness and education, and assist patients with medical costs. N.O.T.E. was started in 1986, by Tom Thrasher, the first successful heart transplant recipient in the State of Florida. N.O.T.E. has helped over 5,000 individuals since then.
