Description
The National Kidney Foundation of Georgia seeks to prevent kidney and urinary tract diseases, improve the health and well-being of those affected by these diseases and increase the availability of all organs for transplantation. We accomplish these tasks through a range of patient programs and services, public education and awareness efforts and by supporting research and professional education.
