Serving people with bleeding disorders such as hemophilia and von Willebrands disease, in 26 counties in Western Pennsylvania through education, advocacy, resource, and referral. Although our name show that we are a chapter of a national organization, ours is not structured in such a way that money is funneled through the national office down to its chapters. We are a separate 501c3 responsible for our own fundraising.
