Description

The National Education Foundation is a world leader in bridging the digital and academic divides through online education. Headquartered in metropolitan Washington D.C., NEF provides IT, business, digital literacy, test prep, math and science education to millions in countries including the U.S., India, Egypt, Jordan and Mauritius.

In May 2009, NEF launched a new project called NEF University. NEF University aims to assist the unemployed, underemployed, those re-entering the job market and recent college graduates in gaining the knowledge and training they need to increase their employability. To achieve this goal, NEF has designed more course packages to match the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 than any other online course-offering company.
