The National Coalition Building Institute is an international non-profit leadership development network dedicated to the elimination of racism and other forms of oppression. A chapter affiliate of NCBI International, NCBI Delaware seeks to end the mistreatment of all groups through training leaders in the skills of reducing prejudice, resolving conflicts between groups, and building coalitions.
