Description
NAPSA is a national association which advocates for vulnerable older persons and persons with disabilities who are abused, neglected or financially exploited, usually by their own family members or caregivers. NAPSA member organizations and individuals respond to reports of abuse of adults who cannot protect themselves, and work to protect and advocate on their behalf. NAPSA strives to improve the services to these extremely vulnerable victims and to make their issues and needs visible to the public and to policy makers.
