The Musica Bella Orchestra of New York, Inc., incorporated in the State of New York as a Not For Profit Corporation in 2004, is a very high-quality non-professional orchestra. Membership is by invitation or audition only.
• The purpose of the corporation is to expose the public to the arts, namely music. The corporation shall have the power to put on concerts to accomplish this purpose.
• The corporation will provide educational materials and programs that will foster the understanding, appreciation, and enjoyment of all forms of serious music.
• The corporation will provide an environment that will foster and support the creation and study of new works of music of the symphonic and chamber music repertoire.
