Description
We develop multicultural events and educational activities that encourage children, families, and the community at large to discover and learn about how multiethnic children can grow into successful, positive, productive adults. The purpose of the Multiracial Family Resource Center is to create, maintain, and provide a program of multicultural educational events and activities for preschool through high school children. The groups MFRC works with include transnational adoptive families, transethnic adoptive families, transracial adoptive families from the United States, and relationship engendered multiracial families.
The mission of the Multiracial Family Resource Center is to provide education that transforms prejudicial attitudes and that enhances positive racial identity.
