Description
The MultiCare Health Foundation was established in 1995 by community volunteers to serve the health care needs of patients and their family members served by Tacoma General Hospital, Allenmore Hospital, Tacoma Family Medicine, and MultiCare Hospice and Palliative Care Services. The foundation has placed special emphasis on funding continuing education for caregivers and the Helping Hands Fund for low income patients with special needs. MHF also supports the MultiCare Center For Healthy Living, which provides health assessments, classes, screenings, educational activities, and corporate wellness programs to the community.
