Non-profit agency located in the heart of the coal fields of southern West Virginia serving the economically challenged by providing a wide variety of social services and programs that permit or encourages upward mobility. Some program examples are Head Start, ChildCare Resource & Referral in 27 counties, Home Weatherization, Commercial Drivers License classes, new home construction and renovation, excavation, and administrative consulting services.
