Description

We are a center for independent living that works with people with disabilities primarily in the state of West Virginia.

We assist people in returning to their homes from nursing homes, or assist them with services so they do not have to go to a nursing home.

We monitor state and federal legislation that impacts people with disabilities and strive to ensure our consumers needs are always considered when legislation is being considered.

We provide assistance with buidling ramps, completing home and or bathroom modifications in order to allow people to have better access in their home. We also provide auxillary aids to people to improve their independence, such as hearing aids, scooters, grab bars, talking clocks, and large button and/or amplified phones.

We also have a website that serves as a virtual center for independent living for people throughout West Virginia as well as nationally.
