Description
Moraine Ridge Wildlife Rehab Center in Valparaiso, IN.(formally known as the Coffee Creek Life Center) is a registered 501(c)3, all volunteer managed Rescue/Rehab/Release non-profit.
Our Organizational Vision(s) include:
• To foster a public understanding that wild animals belong in the wild and that wildlife need ample habitat for survival;
• To increase people's awareness of how they and their domesticated pets can coexist humanely and safely with their wildlife "neighbors";
• To partner resources and ideas with other nature-loving individuals; 4-H, Scouts, K-9 Police, and Youth groups.
Our main Annual Event is our Gourd 5k/10k Trail Run & Walk which is a healthy, community favorite!
