Description
The Montrose Animal Protection Agency (MAPA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the welfare of companion animals through public education, and to reducing the number of homeless animals by encouraging and facilitating the spaying/neutering of dogs and cats.
MAPA is an all-volunteer organization dedicated to animal welfare. Our focus is two-fold: spay/neuter rebates and vouchers for Montrose-area residents' pets, and educational activities for the community.
