Description
Public Library serving 9,463 people in upper Northumberland County, Pennsylvania. Our mission is to "Enrich Lives with Services that Connect People and Information". We are a non-profit organization (501c3), who relies heavily on fundraising each year. The library does receive 10% funding from the state and 10% funding from our local municipalities. The remaining 80% of our annual operating budget must be raised through grants, donations, and fund raising events.
