Description
Founded in 1981, MH is theoldest licensed hospice in MD and the largest in Montgomery County.
As an independent, not-for-profit organization, MH serves Montgomery County's diverse community with high-quality, compssionate care that addresses the unique physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of persons with life-limiting illnesses, their loved ones and the bereaved.
In 2005, care was provided to nearly 1400 terminally ill residents and their loved ones. Over 2600 hospice family members and an additional 1780 individuals from the community received bereavement support.
