Description
Montage Initiative is a new and exciting approach to human services combined with the development of global partnerships. We connect trusted hearts, minds, and hands across world markets and invest in the willingness to give, create, innovate, and act. We convert basic skills through training and education into a currency with concrete financial outcomes, while documenting our impact through Mission Driven Media, a whole new genre of programming that promotes extraordinary risks, sacrifices, and positive contributions of the individuals and organizations that are collaborating to change the world in positive and meaningful ways (Visionaries, 2010). Through an innovative combination of mentoring, microfinance, and a Montage of support, we will enable women at the heart of our programs to improve their living conditions while transforming the lives of their families, their communities, and themselves.
