Founded by area residents in 1992, the Mohawk Hudson Land Conservancy saves special places in Albany, Montgomery and Schenectady Counties by promoting the voluntary conservation of farmland and cultural and natural landscapes in cooperation with landowners, local governments and other partners for the use and enjoyment of current and future generations.
