Description
The Mitchell-Yancey Partnership for Children is the county-level Smart Start agency for these two NC counties. The Imagination Library is a literacy project we administer by partnering with the Dollywood Foundation. Through the Imagination Library, preschool-aged children will be mailed a developmentally appropriate hard-backed book every month from birth until their fifth birthday!
