Description
Mission of Deeds is a non profit organization located in Reading, MA. We provide new beds,donated furniture and household goods to individuals and families in need, free of charge. All clients are referred by social service agencies and local churches. Many served are young mothers leaving shelters. Others include victims of fire or other tragedies, the elderly and the mentally ill. Our support comes from people's generosity.
The Mission of Deeds does not receive any federal, state or United Way funding. We rely solely on the donation of funds, furniture and household items for distribution to those in need of assistance. Cash donations are used
to purchase mattresses, box springs and bed frames.
