MCSC provides training, technical assistance, loans and support to unemployed, underemployed, underprivileged, low-moderate income individuals and businesses to expand opportunities to own, manage or operate business enterprises in Central California. MCSC is host to a U.S. Small Business Administration Women's Business Center in Central California.
