Miracles Outreach Community Development Center, INC. is a non-profit (501-C3) organization, established in July 2000, to identify and help meet the needs of at-risk youth and their families, regardless of race, national origin, sex, or disability.

Thepurpose is to provide a safe, secure, nurturing environment for the educational development of at-risk youth, reducing the risk factors that lead to juvenile delinquency.
