Mira, a registered 501c3, benefits children’s education worldwide through funding innovative social projects. Mira’s web-based operations allow NGOs in developing countries to showcase their work in a medium they would otherwise have no or little access to, thus affording organizations with minimal resources to reach out to a global audience. At the same time, everyday Internet users become mini-philanthropists contributing to one or many projects of their choosing. This easily accessible online portal allows donors and community organizations to see how they can benefit each other in a truly simple manner. In the end, the ultimate winners are youth around the world who are now able to enroll in or remain in school, preventing voluntary and involuntary entry into the labor force.
