Description
Minnesota Children's Museum is a nationally recognized educational and cultural resource that represents the community’s interest and investment in our children and their childhood. The Museum provides playful learning experiences and environments where children (birth to 10 years), families, schools and community groups discover and explore their world through participatory, interdisciplinary exhibits and programs in the arts, sciences and humanities. Over the next five years the Minnesota Children’s Museum will remain committed to its core work of creating world-class informal learning exhibits, programs and visitor experiences. Following a path of research-plan-do-evaluate, the Museum will continue to expand and enrich its role as an irresistible destination, a producer of exceptional content, a relevant community partner, and a sound and well-managed organization. The Museum has an annual budget of $5 million and attendance of 400,000 children and families.
