Description
Minga is a group of students dedicated to fighting the commercial sexual exploitation of children. We involve our schools, local, national, and international communities, and anybody with a passion to make a difference in the lives of children around the world.
Commercial sexual exploitation is a problem that causes over two million children to work as prostitutes, in pornography, and to be trafficked for sexual purposes. It is the worst form of child labor, involving children as young as four years old in the industry; yet few know about it.
At Minga, we believe that people of all ages can make a difference- including you. We are currently raising awareness and funds through a project to build a rehabilitation center in the Philippines for child prostitutes. We need your help!
