Description
Minds Matter is a not-for-profit mentoring organization that brings bright and motivated inner city high school students together with dedicated mentors to achieve academic excellence and expand educational horizons.
Each student is assigned two mentors. Students meet for 2 hours each Saturday from November to May (excl. holidays). In addition to helping students prepare for the SAT and apply to summer programs, the weekly sessions include essay writing workshops, career panels, and financial aid education.
