Description
Milton Theatre, Milton, Delaware, run by the non-profit Milton Development Corporation, (MDC). The MDC is a non-profit community arts organization formed by municipal, community and business leaders in the Town of Milton in Sussex County, Delaware. The Corporation is organized and operated exclusively for charitable, cultural and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Those purposes include primarily, but not solely, the preservation and revitalization of the Historic Theatre in the Town of Milton as a unique forum for film and the performing and visual arts, and a community venue for the Town of Milton, its residents, and others.
