An Illinois 50l(c)3 not-for profit corporation, Midwesr Greyhound is dedicated to finding permanent adoptive home for greyhounds once they are retired from racing. Completely run by volunteers, Midwest Greyhound receives no government or track sponsored funding, rather relying on private sector donations to fund it's programs. We specialize in rehabiliting broken leg dogs, providing surgical care, and finding homes for them as well.
