Description

We provide affordable health care to low income and uninsured individuals and families from Salt Lake County and beyond. We help enroll patients in assistive programs for discounted and free prescriptions, arrange referral to free and discounted specialists when needed, and health education to improve their quality of life.

Patients are charged a $0-20 copay based on family income. We refuse care to no one. Se habla Español.
