MidState VNA & Hospice is a non-profit state licensed and Medicare certified home care agency that has served the communities of Central Connecticut since 1918.
The agency assists patients and care givers as they recover from an illness or surgery, and as they go through the process of a terminal illness.
MidState VNA & Hospice provides skilled nursing; physical, occupational and speech therapy, behavioral health, social work, nutrition, cardiac, wound and diabetes management, as well as Hospice services.
The agency also has a Community Health program that offers various clinics for immunizations foot and ear care.
Most services are provided to patients in the comfort of their own home.
