Description
A non-profit organization that works with individuals with disabilities, their families, friends, care givers and service providers. The disabilities include physical, mental and/or chemical health.
The have programs which include the Disability Linkage Line (which offers information, referral and assistance services for disabled folks and their families, friends, care givers and service providers, A Ramp Program (helping the disabled get ramps buile and put where needed), A PCA Program, ADA Minnesota Program, the Nursing Home Relocation Program(which helps individuals leave a nursing home setting and return to independent living) and a program that assists Veterans.
