Description

MDC is an organization of individuals and groups in the Greater Louiville, Kentucky community committed to the betterment of life for persons with disabilities, and for the inclusion and participation oif everyone in all aspects of society. Despite ADA legislation and a growing civil rights awareness- apathy, ignorance, fear and limited resources continue to keep many communities froom establishing diplomatic relationships with citizens who have disabilities.
