Description
Metro Denver Partners seeks to empower at-risk youth through one-on-one mentoring, tutoring, and gang intervention and prevention. The young people we work with are between the ages of 8-17 and are referred to us by their school counselors, social services or other human service agencies because they are experiencing challenges in their home, social or academic lives. Partners has been active for over 40 years and has served over 15,500 youth to date.
