Description
Mercy Care for the Adirondacks is a mission sponsored by the Sisters of Mercy to enhance the fullness of life of elders living independently in their communities. It carries out its mission in the rural Adirondack Mountains through Friendship Volunteer, Volunteer Parish Nurse and Education and Advocacy Prorgrams. It has developed an Aging in Place Action Plan and has launched a Livable Communities Initiative.
