The Mercer County Spay Association assists in or covers the cost for the spay/neuter of pets within the area. It is an all volunteer, nonprofit group that continually has fund raisers to help cover the cost of these operations.
The Mercer County Spay Association believes this is the only humane way to control animal overpopulation.
