The Center is partially funded by Western Illinois-Area Agency on Aging WI-AAA
Information and resources for quality living.
The staff provides information and assistance, congregate and home delivered meals (funded through Project Now), Outreach, care management, family caregiver services, home health, and homemaker information.
The staff advocates and connects persons to other agencies that may provide additional benefits.
The staff provides Medicare D information and assistance with applications. Illinois Circuit Breaker applications are also completed by the staff.
There are Caregiver support times, library and resources for all.
The Center hosts fitness classes twice a week.
Twice a month the Center has blood pressure checks by a nurse.
An Audiologist provides twice monthly hours at the Center to assist anyone with hearing problems and equipment questions.
The staff provides Veteran clients of additional benefits and resources that may be of assistance to them.
A community gather place for many ages!
