Description
Coles County Mental Health Association, Inc., doing business as LifeLinks, is a community mental health center organized as a not for profit corporation in l965. LifeLinks is located in Coles County, Illinois (population 52,000) and the primary service area is rural in nature with two primary population centers, Charleston and Mattoon, and a number of small towns and villages.
An array of outpatient services is offered, a psychosocial rehabilitation day center, and residential sites. LifeLinks is the only comprehensive outpatient provider for mental health services in the County and the only provider of non-physician mental health services for recipients of Medicaid in the County. Agency services are supported with State funds, local tax funds, contracts and fees for service.
