Description

National non-profit organization founded in 2004 and dedicated to supporting families with children living with congenital heart defects/heart disease. Groups focus on awareness, local support to familes through visits, support activities. Connected to Mended Hearts, Inc., a nationwide heart patient support organization founded 55 years ago and affiliated with the American Heart Association. There are currently 19 local Mended Little Hearts groups.
