Memory Ride is a registered 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness of Alzheimer’s disease and raising funding for research towards the prevention and cure of Alzheimer’s disease; concurrently providing an event for the general public whereby they can enrich their lives physically, mentally and emotionally through physical activity and fund raising.
Founded in 1997, Memory Ride was created by the Noonan Family whose members have been affected by Alzheimer’s disease in three successive generations. Memory Ride has raised a million dollars towards finding a cure for Alzheimer’s disease. Memory Ride receives generous donations for overhead expenditures and 100% of all funds raised by riders and crew go to its cause.
This is the second year the ride will be coordinated in partnership with the Massachusetts Alzheimer's Association. Many of our staff have a relative with Alzheimer’s disease and all members are dedicated to finding a cure for Alzheimer’s disease.
