Description
An all-volunteer non-profit organization founded in 1981 to provide home delivery of nuritious meals for homebound individuals of any age, race, or religion who are unable to safely prepare their own meals due to a temporary or permanent infirmity. The volunteers deliver at low cost a hot meal and a cold meal Monday thru Friday. The service is offered at no cost to those unable to pay.
A primary goal is to enable clients to remain in their homes rather than enter an institution.
