McWag Rescue is dedicated to the right of every companion animal to live without fear of abuse or abandonment.
We hold a firm belief in the dignity of dogs, their intelligence and dedication to their human companions and we are committed to the need to treat them humanely, provide a high quality of life, protect them, and insure they are cared for and loved the way they deserve. We will not allow a dog to be adopted unless they have been spayed or neutered. Our goal is to find the best home based on the unique needs and personality of each animal. All members of the household, including other pets (owned or housed) must visit with the prospective adoptee prior to adoption approval. We do not place puppies under a year old in households with very young children or where there is not a responsible adult home most of the time. An initial home visit is required prior to placement.
