Matrix is a parent-run and staffed non-profit established in 1983 to empower families of children from birth - 26 with special needs to understand and access the systems that serve them. With support from caring individuals and businesses, grants and contracts, Matrix provides bi-lingual Resources, Referrals, Support, and Advice at no cost to clients.
Matrix is a federally recognized "Parent Training & Information Center," & part of the CA Early Start Network of Services and a Family Empowerment Center,
