Description
The mission of the Massachusetts Children’s Alliance (MACA) is to promote an integrated, multidisciplinary team response to child abuse and to ensure that all children and families in Massachusetts have access to the high quality, comprehensive, specialized and culturally competent services of a Children’s Advocacy Center (CAC).
CACs serve child victims of sexual and severe physical abuse, child witnesses to violence, and their non-offending family members by coordinating multidisciplinary investigations and arranging for the provision of any needed medical and counseling services in one child friendly location.
