As People's Power & Light in Rhode Island and Mass Energy Consumers Alliance in Massachusetts, we pool the purchasing power to buy renewable energy and discount heating oil. We also provide emergency heating oil to low income consumers and nonprofits serving low income people. Our mission is to make energy more affordable and sustainable.
