Maryland Community Connection (MCC), a non-profit organization, with the mission of assisting individuals w/developmental disabilities to achieve a greater degree of social & economic independence. MCC provides Family Individual Support Services (ISS), Supported Employment (SE), & Community Supported Living Arrangements (CSLA) services. MCC’s FISS program works w/individuals & their families to identify desired services, activities & establish links with the community to achieve goals. FISS assists children w/disabilities in their own homes & these services are tailored. SE Services participants learn job skills & receive placement assistance & are placed independently in employment. MCC’s CSLA program will provides services to assist individuals in non-vocational activities necessary to enable them to live in the their own home and stresses community integration & utilizes individually designed services to help people with disabilities live independently & as part of their community.
