Description

Since 1972, our non-profit organizations have served thousands of adults and youth in the Pittsburgh region by providing instruction, guidance, and mentorship in career and arts education. Manchester Bidwell Corporation and its subsidiaries, Bidwell Training Center (BTC) and Manchester Craftsmen’s Guild (MCG), are committed to reaching further—reaching beyond existing limitations or perceptions—with the goal of accomplishing greater things with each challenge.

Bidwell Training Center currently provides training to adults in transition in fields as varied as culinary arts, horticultural technology and health-related fields. Manchester Craftsmen’s Guild provides arts programming in ceramics, photography, digital and design arts. In addition, BTC and MCG engage in several social enterprise activities including a greenhouse operation, a jazz presentation series and a jazz recording label.
