Description
The Mission of the Maine Autism Alliance is to support, empower and celebrate the uniqueness of individuals on the Autism Spectrum and their families. The Alliance believes that education is crucial for those who live, love and work with children and adults on the Spectrum. We are dedicated to creating public awareness, recognizing that all citizens have the ability to contribute to society.
We will achieve our Mission:
Conducting support and social groups, as well as providing events for the autism community.
Organizing and facilitating evidence based educational opportunities.
The Alliance is committed to enhance public awareness of the valuable roles persons with autism assume in society through collaboration and community service.
