Description

Provides early childhood, adult basic and English education, and parenting instruction and support for low literacy, low income families in Madison WI. Many are recently arrived Hmong refugees, others simply need to complete high school. Goal is to break the intergenerational patterns of low literacy and low income and support parents to be the best possible teachers for their children.
