Description

from the Macomb Band Boosters constitution:

Article II: Purposes

Section 1 – To instill and maintain an enthusiastic interest in the various needs of the school district bands, in association with the Macomb Education Foundation.

Section 2 – To lend all possible support, both moral and financial, within the scope of an auxiliary organization to the bands and to band as both an academic subject and a co-curricular activity in the school district.

Section 3 – To cooperate with those in charge of the bands and with the board of education to the end that band be brought to and kept at a level comparable to and in accordance with all other academic subjects and activities, as set forth by the Macomb school district.
